Now the possibilities are endless! Continuous Nitinol sheet is now available from NDC. Thicknesses from 0.003″ to 0.020″, in widths up to 3.0″. Supplied on spools or cut to desired lengths. This sheet will have the tightest gage tolerances in the industry (typically 0.0003″ or better). Continuous sheet will be ideal for laser cutting, etching, stamping and EDM machining. Smooth, light oxide surface allows for efficient processing and surface finishing.

UTS: 155 ksi min
UP: 55 ksi min
Elong: 10% min
Perm set: 0.5% max
(after 6% strain)
