With the acquisition by Nitinol Devices and Components, Inc. of Interface Associates, Inc. in August of 2015 and the subsequent acquisition earlier this year of ETE Medical, LLC, Modified Polymer Components, Inc., and Biomedical Structures, LLC, our combined companies are moving forward to build on our strong reputations and combining into a unified and more responsive company.

To build this unity in mission and purpose, beginning on January 3, 2017 we will all be:

We will be legally changing the name of Nitinol Devices and Components, Inc. to Confluent Medical Technologies, Inc. and transferring the businesses of the remaining Confluent Medical family companies to Confluent Medical Technologies, Inc. Any contracts you have with the old Confluent Medical family companies will continue to be honored.

We would appreciate using our future name of Confluent Medical Technologies, Inc. on all correspondence, new records, payables, receivables, etc. beginning on January 3, 2017.

Despite the name update, we will be continuing operations in all our facilities. All quality procedures for products and primary points of contact will remain unchanged.

We will provide further detail on quality and billing procedures in the coming month. We thank you for your past and future business with all companies in the Confluent Medical family.
