Nitinol Devices & Components (NDC) today announced the appointment of Dean Schauer as its President and CEO, effective September 1, 2013.

He has held a number of increasingly senior positions at Accellent Inc. and most recently served as its Executive Vice President and General Manager of their Cardio & Vascular Group.
