Confluent Medical Technologies has expanded its Medical Textile R&D and Rapid Prototyping services at its Warwick, Rhode Island facility to support pipeline growth through more robust processes, revised organizational design, and key investments in infrastructure and personnel. Rapid prototyping deliverables focus on goals of on-time delivery and better lead times for customers. Rapid prototyping services are offered for Confluent Medical’s core strengths in braiding, weaving, knitting, and non-woven, with expanded capabilities and dedicated equipment and resources for Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) Braiding and Fine Denier Weaving.

- Single shuttle looms

- 20 Denier PET
- 25, 55, and 110 dtex UHMWPE

- Flat stock woven materials in widths of 0.5” – 5”
- Braided constructs in USP sizes from 3/0 – size 5
